Burning

While delivering packages, Jong-su meets Hye-mi, a former classmate from the middle school. She asks him to feed her cat while she travels to Africa. Few days before her departure, they have sex. Jong-su waits for Hye-mi, feeding the cat every day. Hye-mi returns, accompanying with Ben. As his father goes to prison and he has to take care of his old farm, Jong-su envies Ben’s life and his relationship with Hye-mi. One day, Ben secretly tells Jong-su that he sometimes burns abandoned greenhouse. Jong-su starts searching scorched greenhouse near his farm. Abruptly losing contact with Hye-mi, he goes out searching for her. The more he finds about her, the more confused he feels about everything she says. Jong-su follows Ben who clearly moves on Hye-mi. Jong-su suspects Ben’s secret hobby is what he does to cover up something more sinister.
