Koreans migrated to Hawaii in the early 1900s to survive but always kept their unique food - Kimchi, in a foreign land. A century later, Kimchi became the symbol of Korea's culinary culture. The two-part documentary special traces the Korean Migrants from their motherland to America and follows the evolution of Kimchi in the US.
