My Father

Yong-man and Soon-ju always feel sorry for their four kids. No matter how hard they worked, even in their 60s, they couldn't provide their children with financially stable condition. Dong-sik, the eldest and rags-to-riches lawyer, somewhat feels ashamed of his poor background. Sook-hee, the elder daughter who gives up college to provide her brother, finally decides to divorce with her playboy husband. Dong-joon, the second son, feels sorry to the parents for being still financially dependant on them. Hee-kyung, the youngest, gets estranged from the family after breaking up with the boyfriend for her poor background. For the lunar new year's holiday, the family gathers, and their buried problems arise, and tension escalates.
