Suddenly in Dark Night

Dr. Kang Yoo-jin brings Mi-ok, a 19-year-old girl, as a housekeeper for his family's house. She just lost her mother, who worked as a shaman, and she is exceptionally obsessed with one of her mother's keepsake, a wooden doll. Sun-hee, Yoo-jin's wife, is kind to Mi-ok, although she feels a little jealous of her youth. After a while, however, Sun-hee starts getting anxious. She finds the same wooden doll in one of her husband's photos and suspects that Yoo-jin is having an affair with Mi-ok. One day, Mi-ok accidentally drops a flowerpot over Sun-hee, which nearly missed. That incident makes Sun-hee think that her maid tries to kill her. Despite her friend's comfort and advice, Sun-hee's suspicion and anxiety keep growing.
