The River That Can't Flow, Okavango River
2020
There are the Okavango river and the delta at the end of the river at Kalahari desert in northern Botswana. Originated from a high mountain in Angola and running through Angola, Namibia, and Botswana, the Okavango river has been a shelter for wild animals for several millennia. However, the most significant habitat is in danger: the conflict over water resources for years and the several draughts has dried up the river. The animals that survive with the water and glass around the delta, especially the big mammals, are endangered. The documentary visits the region to observe the current situation and remind the viewers of the importance of environmental and animal protection.
