When Ja-hong dies after saving a girl from fire, he’s greeted by grim reapers who will advocate for him in the trials that will determine his fate. The grim reapers will get a chance at a reincarnation upon successfully winning the trials for 49 people in 1000 years, and they are excited to have Ja-hong, who’s obviously died of noble death. However, their excitement quickly subsides as Ja-hong’s dark secrets are exposed in each trial.
