Emergency Declaration

In-ho, a veteran police detective, starts an investigation of a police report that a man warns of a terrorist attack on an airplane in a viral video. At the same time, at the Inchon Airport, Han Jae-hyuk gets a little bothered by a strange man who threatens his little daughter, Su-min. That man, Ryu Jin-seok, purchases a ticket for KI501, the same airplane that Su-min goes aboard. When In-ho finds out that Jin-seok is on the KI501, several people die in the plane with an unknown cause. While the co-pilot and flight attendants figure out what is happening right now, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport calls for all the help to find a way to save all the remaining passengers in the unprecedented emergency.
