Gae In is shocked to discover that her best friend In Hee stole her boyfriend Chang Nyul and is secretly getting married. On top of this, Gae In gets conned by her friend and loses all her money. When she's about to lose her home, she decides to rent out of her big house. Gae In's home, Old World Wood, is a highly acknowledged place in the field of architecture because her father Chulhan, a famous architect, built it. No one but Gae In is allowed on its premises. Jin Ho, the manager of an architectural firm, has an eye on Old World Wood for his project. To gain access to the house, he pretends to be gay and asks to move in as a tenant. Relieved to hear that he is gay, Gae In opens up about all the painful times she's gone through, gradually getting closer to Jin Ho. How will their unusual arrangement play out?
