I haven't had a chance to visit my home country South Korea for over a decade. There are so many dishes I miss but among them all, the LIVE FISH SASHIMI is definitely on the top of the list. Yet, there is no restaurant in Vancouver that serves live fish sashimi due to food-safe regulations. This leaves me with only one option: CATCH AND SASHIMI the fish myself! But is it safe to eat fish raw right when they're caught from the sea? YES IT IS, if you know how to handle it properly. Let's do it.
